When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse if you choose the home delivery option. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays or weekends.

Orders take 3 to 5 business days to be processed from the date of the order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After that, it will be ready for dispatch the day after processing. If you choose to pick it up at our lacaicon, you will be notified by email or text message. If you have chosen the home delivery option, we will call you to choose the best date and time to do so.
